1. Our agreement
When you accept our written quote and pay the booking retainer, we reserve your date and assign your planner. The quote, these terms and any correspondence about your day form our agreement together.
2. Fees and payment
Planning fees are fixed in your quote. The retainer (usually 25%) secures your date; the balance is due six weeks before your wedding. Shop purchases are charged in full at checkout in the store currency.
3. Changes and cancellations
Life happens. Date changes are free once, subject to availability. If you cancel more than twelve weeks out, only the retainer is retained; within twelve weeks the full planning fee applies, as your team will already be booked.
4. Suppliers and venues
We recommend suppliers we trust, but your contracts are with them directly unless we agree otherwise in writing. We coordinate, brief and chase — and we will always tell you honestly if a supplier is not the right fit.
5. On the day
Your planner makes reasonable decisions to keep the day running — reordering timings, sheltering from weather, calming nerves. Anything that changes the cost will be confirmed with you first wherever possible.
6. Shop deliveries and returns
Made-to-order flowers are prepared the morning of your wedding and cannot be returned. Gowns may be returned unworn within fourteen days. Styling hire is collected by our team on the agreed date.
