Frequently Asked Questions
Everything couples usually ask before they book — and the honest answers.
How far in advance should we book you? +
Most couples book nine to eighteen months ahead, especially for summer Saturdays. That said, we love a short engagement — if your date is free, we can build a full plan in as little as eight weeks.
What does planning cost? +
After a free first conversation we quote a fixed fee based on your guest count, venues and the services you choose. Use our budget service to see typical ranges before you commit to anything.
Can we bring our own suppliers? +
Absolutely. Our vendor manager welcomes the photographer or baker you already love, and fills any gaps from our directory of tried-and-tested local professionals.
Do you plan weddings outside London? +
Yes — from Cotswold marquees to Scottish castles and destination celebrations abroad. Travel for UK weddings beyond the M25 is quoted at cost, agreed up front.
What happens on the day itself? +
Your planner runs the schedule, briefs every supplier, handles surprises quietly and keeps the day flowing — so you and your families simply enjoy it.
Can you help with just one thing, like the seating plan? +
Of course. Every service — checklist, seating chart, guest list and the rest — can be booked on its own.
