The overview
Desert light, garden flowers, one perfect hour
Alberta and Ryan married outdoors as the desert cooled, with 150 guests seated in a curve around them so nobody had a bad view. Portraits slipped into the twenty minutes of golden light that followed — the photographs say the rest.
The challenge
September heat and a 6pm ceremony left no margin for delay. Our minute-by-minute timeline ran hair, makeup, transport and the ceremony to the minute, and parasols plus iced towels kept guests comfortable through the vows.
Our approach
A curved ceremony layout, garden roses in terracotta, and our wedding website service handling travel notes for 60 out-of-town guests. The night ended with our sparkler send-off kit — 150 sparklers, one unforgettable photograph.
