An intimate dance party with soul
Jorge and Abbie cared about two things: extraordinary food and a dance floor with no gaps. We planned an 85-guest celebration around a seven-piece soul band, family-style feasting and lighting that turned golden as the night deepened.
The challenge
A smaller guest list meant every absence would show — so the guest list service chased every RSVP personally, landing a 100% response rate three weeks out. The venue's sound limiter needed taming too; our production vendor tuned the band to fill the room without tripping it once.
Our approach
Ivory taper candles and deep green garlands from our styling collection dressed long banquet tables, while the budget service moved savings from stationery into an extra hour of the band — the couple's best decision, they say.
